Our team is small enough that everyone touches everything. We hire people who pick up problems and solve them, not people who wait to be told what to do.
Care about the craft
Whether it's a die-line, a quote email or a piece of code, we care that it's done well. Speed matters — sloppy doesn't.
Honest with customers
We sell on transparent pricing and clear lead times. No upsells, no surprise fees, no "contact us for pricing" gates.
Open roles
We don't have any open roles right now, but we keep an eye on inbound CVs. If you'd be a great fit for the team, send us a note — we'll save it for when a role opens up.
How we work
UK-based, remote-friendly
Most of the team is remote across the UK. We get together in person once a quarter.
28 days holiday + bank holidays
Plus the days between Christmas and New Year off, paid.
Tools you need
Laptop, software and a sensible kit budget. Tell us what you need to do good work.
