We usually send quotes the same working day and proofs quickly during UK office hours. Production and delivery depend on the product, quantity, print route and approval timing, so we confirm the exact plan on every quote.

Yes. We can send free unbranded samples for selected categories, so you can check the material before committing to a print run.

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and invoice for established business customers. Invoices are 30 days net unless agreed otherwise.

Yes. Our in-house designers prepare a print-ready proof from whatever artwork you send — usually within 2 hours. Standard artwork setup and proofing are included at no extra charge. We only charge separately for custom illustration or full logo design work.

No. Adapting your artwork to print specs is free for every order. Custom illustration or logo design is quoted separately if needed.

Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF, SVG. We also accept high-resolution raster (PNG, TIFF, JPG at 300 dpi). Send what you have and we'll work with it.

Yes. We support Pantone matches on most categories. Provide a Pantone reference or a physical sample and we'll calibrate the print run.

We use flexible production routes selected by product type, MOQ and lead time. The production and delivery plan is confirmed before order approval rather than assumed in advance.

Yes. All food-contact items meet UK and EU food-safety standards. We can provide certification documents on request.

Compostable, recyclable and recycled-content materials are available on most categories. Each product page lists the eco options for that item.

Currently UK only via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx. EU shipping is available on request for larger orders — contact us for a quote.

We default to eco materials wherever they perform — recycled-content paper, PLA, compostable liners. Plain plastic is only used where there's no good alternative for the application.

We hold FSC chain-of-custody on paper products and work with print partners certified to ISO 14001. Certifications available on request.
